My Weight Loss Coach actually looks like an interesting way for me to monitor my weight loss. 1) It comes with a pedometer so you can track how much you walk in a day (Walking is my favorite exercise, truth be told) 2) You can input what you eat and the calories, etc, etc and it can monitor how much weight you've lost and tell you if you're getting off track.

I just need to find my old scale, but I think its gone.

  2. And walking is a really good exercise for weight loss, too. I'm thankful I can walk to my job c:
